CONTINUED SUCCESS HAS EASTBURG COMMUNITY ALLIANCE PREPARING FOR 4th ANNUAL FOURTH OF JULY “AMERICAN FREEDOM FESTIVAL” CELEBRATION

EAST STROUDSBURG – The Eastburg Community Alliance, the non-profit business development association of East Stroudsburg, announces plans to present the 5 th Annual “American Freedom Festival” on July 4 th, 2006, from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, in Dansbury Park, East Stroudsburg. This enormously successful event was celebrated last year by more than 15,000 people.

Admission is free for the entire day-long celebration focusing on “Freedom, Family, Food, Fun and Fireworks.” New this year “Kids Kingdom” featuring art projects, coloring, sidewalk chalk, bean mosaics and more. Hear the sounds of various live Pocono Mountain musicians. There will be amusement rides for the children (at a nominal fee), scrumptious culinary midway, talented artisans, exhibits, face painters, magicians, jugglers, clowns, old fashioned games, a watermelon eating contest, a 5k Run. Young and old will enjoy the Olympic sized swimming pool, complete with kiddy pool and water slides! The day will culminate with a magnificent “American Freedom Fireworks Spectacular.”

This is a wonderful community experience celebrating America’s Freedom and an opportunity to recognize and support our past and present heroes of the Armed Forces.
